Digital Delivery — No Physical Shipping

All products sold by Sumaya are digital downloads (PDF guides). We do not ship any physical items, so there are no shipping carriers, shipping costs, customs fees, or delivery wait times involved in your order.

When will I receive my product?

Immediately. As soon as your payment is confirmed at checkout, you will see a download link on the order confirmation page, and you will also receive an email with your download link. Most customers are able to open their PDF guide within minutes of completing their purchase.

What if I don't receive my download email?

Please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at amordivino955@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend your download link right away.

Do I need to create an account to download my files?

No. Your download link is provided directly through your order confirmation and email — no account or login is required.

How long do I have access to my download?

Your purchase gives you lifetime access to download your PDF guide. We recommend saving a copy to your device once you receive it.
