7-Day Kidney-Friendly Meal Plan: What to Eat Every Day with CKD

One of the hardest parts of living with chronic kidney disease is figuring out what to eat each day. This 7-day kidney-friendly meal plan gives you a clear, practical framework — with breakfast, lunch, and dinner for every day of the week.

Important: Individual nutrient targets vary by CKD stage and lab results. Always review dietary changes with your nephrologist or renal dietitian.
